**30-Day Warranty Policy for Stock Gloves**

This warranty policy covers all stock gloves sold by Ignite Glove Co. and received within the last 30 days. It applies only to defects in materials or workmanship and does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Warranty Period:

The warranty period begins on the date of customer reception and extends for 30 days thereafter.

Coverage:

Ignite Glove Co. warrants that all stock gloves sold within the warranty period are free from defects in materials and workmanship. If a defect arises within the warranty period, the customer is entitled to the following:

1. **Repair or Replacement:** At  Ignite Glove Co's discretion, defective gloves will either be repaired or replaced free of charge.

2. **Refund:** If repair or replacement is not feasible, Ignite Glove Co. will issue a refund for the purchase price of the defective gloves.

**Claim Process:**

To make a warranty claim, customers must:
- Provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.
- Contact Ignite Glove Co's customer service department at info@ignitegloves.com within the warranty period.
- Describe the defect and provide any necessary information or documentation requested by Ignite Glove Co.

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or improper storage.
- Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to fading, discoloration, or degradation of materials over time.
- Modifications or alterations made to the gloves by the customer or any third party.

Limitation of Liability:

To the extent permitted by law, Ignite Glove Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the gloves, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Ignite Glove Co's liability shall be limited to the repair, replacement, or refund as stated in this warranty policy.

**Amendment and Termination:**

Ignite Glove Co. reserves the right to amend or terminate this warranty policy at any time without prior notice. Any such amendment or termination will not affect warranty claims submitted prior to the effective date of the amendment or termination.
